PML-Q Dissolves Sindh Provincial Organisation, Notification Issued

KARACHI: The central leadership of Pakistan Muslim League-Quaid (PML-Q) has dissolved the party’s existing Sindh provincial organisation, along with all district, city, tehsil and town-level organisations across the province. A formal notification to this effect has been issued.

According to the notification issued by the party’s central secretariat, the organisational powers of the Sindh provincial president, general secretary and all other provincial office-bearers have also been withdrawn.

The notification stated that following the dissolution, all district, city, tehsil and town organisations in Sindh will operate in accordance with the party constitution, rules and regulations, policies and discipline, and will follow the directions of the central leadership.

According to the central leadership, the process of reconstituting the new Sindh provincial organisation will be initiated in accordance with the party constitution.

The central secretariat has directed all former office-bearers and party workers to extend full cooperation to the central leadership during the reorganisation process.
