AC Chishtian Orders Departmental Action Against Three Patwaris Over Corruption and Misconduct

CHISHTIAN – On the instructions of Assistant Commissioner Chishtian Sahel Rasool Cheema, departmental actions of various kinds have been taken against three patwaris to ensure administrative discipline.

According to official orders, one patwari has been directed to report to the Law Gow office, while two patwaris have been suspended immediately due to mismanagement, poor performance, and failure to implement government directives.

Details indicate that Muhammad Zubair, patwari of Chak No. 169 Murad and Chak No. 132 Murad, has been ordered to report to the Law Gow office until further instructions.

Similarly, Muhammad Hamza, patwari of Chak No. 174 Murad, has been suspended immediately on grounds of misconduct and inefficiency.

Furthermore, orders have been issued to suspend Muhammad Sufyan, patwari of Chak No. 13 Gajiani, for repeatedly failing to carry out official duties.

According to sources, serious allegations have also emerged against the said officials, including corruption, misuse of authority, and conducting property transfers and registrations after taking large sums of money from citizens. However, these allegations have not been officially confirmed.

Sources further stated that departmental inquiries are ongoing against the concerned officers, and further action is expected after a transparent investigation.

Assistant Commissioner Sahel Rasool Cheema has made it clear that negligence, corruption, and misuse of authority in government affairs will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
