NAB Multan Holds Open Court in Bahawalnagar to Address Public Complaints

Bahawalnagar: Acting on the directions of NAB Chairman Lieutenant General (Retd.) Nazir Ahmed, the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) Multan organized an Open Court at the Deputy Commissioner’s Office in Bahawalnagar to address public grievances, promote transparent accountability, and ensure timely relief for citizens.

The session was attended by Deputy Commissioner Syed Muhammad Abbas Shah and NAB Multan Additional Director Muhammad Ramzan, who listened to complaints and public issues presented by citizens. Relevant departmental officials were directed to take immediate action, while on-the-spot instructions were issued for the prompt resolution of several cases.

Speaking on the occasion, the Deputy Commissioner and the NAB Additional Director said the primary objective of the open court was to provide relief at the citizens’ doorstep, hear public complaints on a priority basis, and ensure their resolution in accordance with the law and merit.

They assured participants that all genuine complaints would be dealt with fairly, transparently, and without delay. Officials emphasized that such open courts would continue to strengthen the accountability process and improve public service delivery.

NAB officials also encouraged citizens to bring their complaints to the appropriate forums so that timely legal and administrative action could be taken to resolve their issues.
