New Karachi Town Chairman Muhammad Yousaf Honors Matric Science Toppers with Laptops and Shields
KARACHI: Chairman of New Karachi Town Muhammad Yousaf hosted a special ceremony to honor outstanding students who secured top positions in the Karachi Matric Science examinations, reaffirming the town administration’s commitment to promoting education and encouraging academic excellence.
The ceremony was attended by Jamaat-e-Islami District North Ameer Tariq Mujtaba, who, along with Chairman Muhammad Yousaf, presented bouquets to the successful students and congratulated them on their remarkable achievements.
Among those honored were Azlan Syed, a student of Falcon Public School, New Karachi Town, who secured first position in the Karachi Matric Science examinations, and Ayesha Adnan of Usman Public School Campus-01, North Karachi, who secured third position.
In recognition of his exceptional academic performance, Chairman Muhammad Yousaf presented a laptop to Azlan Syed, while both students received commemorative shields and bouquets as a token of appreciation.
Speaking at the ceremony, Chairman Muhammad Yousaf said it was a matter of great pride that both the first and third position holders belonged to New Karachi Town. He described the students as the pride of Karachi, particularly New Karachi Town, and said their achievements would inspire other young people to pursue excellence through hard work, dedication and discipline.
He emphasized that educated and talented youth are the foundation of Pakistan’s bright future, adding that New Karachi Town would continue to recognize and encourage high-achieving students to promote a culture of academic excellence.
Chairman Muhammad Yousaf also highlighted that Jamaat-e-Islami has always remained at the forefront of encouraging talented and educated students, and reaffirmed his commitment to supporting youth through educational initiatives.
