Police Facilitation Centre Inaugurated in Banda Daud Shah to Bring Police Services Closer to Citizens
Karak: District Police Officer (DPO) Imran Khan has inaugurated a Police Facilitation Centre in Tehsil Banda Daud Shah, aimed at providing faster, more accessible, and citizen-friendly police services to local residents.
The inauguration ceremony was attended by DSP Banda Daud Shah Shah Dauran Khan, local community elders, and senior police officials.
Speaking on the occasion, DPO Imran Khan said the initiative is part of the vision of Inspector General of Police Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Zulfiqar Hameed to modernize policing and improve public service delivery across the province. He noted that the new facility will save residents from making unnecessary trips to the district headquarters, reducing both travel time and inconvenience.
The newly established Police Facilitation Centre has begun offering a range of essential services, including Police Clearance Certificates, Character Certificates, Verification Services, and other police-related documentation. Necessary infrastructure and administrative arrangements have been completed to ensure efficient service delivery at the local level.
The DPO also announced plans to expand the centre’s services by introducing driving licence issuance in the future, providing further convenience to residents of the tehsil.
He reaffirmed that Karak Police remains committed to public service and encouraged citizens to make full use of the new Police Facilitation Centre for police-related documentation and other services.
