Manghopir Town Chairman Briefed on New Traffic Signal System at Naya Nazimabad

KARACHI: Waqas Ahmed, Assistant Traffic Engineer (ATE) at the Traffic Engineering Bureau (TEB), KDA, briefed Manghopir Town Chairman Nawaz Brohi on the newly installed traffic signal system at Naya Nazimabad on Manghopir Road.

During the briefing, Waqas Ahmed explained the key features of the project, its operational status, and the expected benefits for road users. He said the installation of the new traffic signals is aimed at improving traffic flow, reducing congestion, and enhancing road safety for motorists and pedestrians.

The chairman was informed that the project forms part of ongoing efforts to modernize traffic management infrastructure and facilitate smoother vehicular movement along one of the city’s busy transport corridors.

The new traffic signal system is expected to contribute to more efficient traffic control, improve compliance with road regulations, and provide a safer commuting experience for residents and daily commuters using Manghopir Road.
