Bahawalpur’s Osama Jamil Graduates from 14th Punjab Management Service (PMS) Batch
Lahore: The Management & Professional Development Department (MPDD) held the passing-out ceremony for the 14th Punjab Management Service (PMS) Batch, with Punjab Chief Secretary Zahid Akhtar Zaman attending as the chief guest.
During the ceremony, newly inducted PMS officer Osama Jamil received his graduation certificate from the Chief Secretary in recognition of successfully completing the mandatory training programme. The event was also attended by Additional Chief Secretary Punjab Ahmad Raza Sarwar and Secretary, Management & Professional Development Department, Iqbal Hussain.
Osama Jamil, who hails from Bahawalpur, earned his LL.B. degree from the University of the Punjab, Lahore, before successfully clearing the highly competitive Punjab Public Service Commission (PPSC) examination to join the prestigious Punjab Management Service as an administrative officer.
Addressing the graduating officers, senior officials emphasized the importance of public service, transparent governance, integrity, and effective administration as they begin their careers in the provincial civil service.
Family members, teachers, and friends congratulated Osama Jamil on his achievement and wished him success in serving the people of Punjab.
